The recipe is for about 10 slices.<br /> <br /> ; 125g margarine<br /> ; 290ml sugar<br /> : mix, and while mixing add<br /> ; 4 eggs (size L)<br /> : continue mixing and add<br /> ; 290ml flour<br /> ; 1 teaspoon (with &#039;&#039;heap&#039;&#039;) of baking powder<br /> : and then<br /> ; 120ml coconut flakes (can be up to 200ml)<br /> : mix for a while (optionally add some raisins), and then pour into a form<br /> <br /> Bake for &#039;&#039;&#039;45 minutes&#039;&#039;&#039;, then switch the oven off and leave in heat for about 10-15 minutes.<br /> <br /> == Serving tips ==<br /> <br /> You can decorate the top with powder sugar.
