Awesome coconut cake

My beloved mother, a woman of many talents, gave me a recipe for a cake, and said, even you can make it. Well, I made it. Nobody got hurt.
Recipe
Start heating the oven to 180 C. If you have a setting to heat from top and bottom of the oven, use it.
Prepare a round form, 24 cm in diameter. The recipe is for about 10 slices.
- 125g margarine
- 290ml sugar
- mix, and while mixing add
- 4 eggs (size L)
- continue mixing and add
- 290ml flour
- 1 teaspoon (with heap) of baking powder
- and then
- 120ml coconut flakes (can be up to 200ml)
- mix for a while (optionally add some raisins), and then pour into a form
Bake for 45 minutes, then switch the oven off and leave in heat for about 10-15 minutes.
Serving tips
You can decorate the top with powder sugar. Tastes really well with strawberry or other red jam.
